Service Policies

Order & Cancellation Policy

To maintain efficient scheduling:

  • Appointment Changes: Must be requested at least 3 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations: Require at least 24 hours’ notice by phone. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee to offset missed service opportunities.

Subsequent Visit Policy

Although we aim to complete all work during the first visit, follow-ups may be needed:

  • Complex Diagnostics: Some repairs take more time or equipment.
  • Additional Issues: Sometimes new problems are identified after the initial fix.

Our first-visit success rate exceeds 98%.

Parts Return Policy

  • Customer Declines Repair: If you choose not to move forward, returnable parts will be removed to minimize your cost.
  • Non-Returnable Parts: Certain parts from premium manufacturers cannot be returned. In such cases, all associated charges will apply.

Communication Policy

  • You will receive timely updates during the repair process.
  • If extra work is required, we will seek your approval before continuing.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Notify us immediately if the same issue resurfaces.
  • Provide access to the appliance during scheduled service time.

Promotion & Discount Policy

  • Discounts cannot be combined or backdated.
  • Offers do not apply to taxes or parts.
  • No cash value.
  • TechVill Los Angeles may modify or cancel promotions at any time.

Missed Visit / Wrong Address Policy

  • Missed Visit: If no access is provided within 15 minutes, the technician will leave and a $169 + tax fee will apply.
  • Wrong Address: If incorrect location details are provided, a service fee equal to the call cost may apply.

Service Time Flexibility

While we do our best to be on time, appliance repairs are unpredictable. Delays may result from:

  • Long or complex repairs before yours
  • Traffic, weather, or supply chain issues

Free Follow-Up Check-Up

We offer a free return visit under these conditions:

  • Within 3 months of original service
  • Same issue as previous repair
  • No misuse or external damage is involved

Pet Policy

For safety reasons, if a dog is not secured in a kennel or separate room during the visit, the appointment will be marked as a visit and charged accordingly.
